Privacy policy
KASI Academy (Knowledge Automated Skills Interface) is operated by inSupply Health. Courses on KASI Academy may be run with the Ministry of Health (DRMNCAH), the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, the Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya and the Kenya Pharmaceutical Association. This page is a summary. The full, versioned Privacy policy and Terms of use are the documents you accept at registration.
What we collect
- Account and professional details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, cadre, PPB registration number, practising licence number and expiry, county, sub-county, facility.
- Learning records: unit progress, SCORM bookmarks and suspend data, pre/post-test and final assessment scores, time on task, badges, certificates.
- Practice records: practicum attendance and skill scores, logbook entries (service type, counts, dates, facility, register photo), support-supervision scores.
- Usage: logins, pages visited, device type, messages sent to you and their delivery status.
Why we process it
To enrol and vet you, deliver the course, issue and verify certificates, coordinate practicum and logbook verification with your county, send reminders you can opt out of, and report aggregated programme indicators to the Ministry and funders. Donor reports never contain personal data; counts under 5 are suppressed.

Retention
Learning and certification records are kept for 7 years after certification to support verification and CPD audits. Logbook photos are deleted 12 months after verification. Activity logs are kept for 24 months. You may request erasure of your account at any time from Profile & settings; certificate serials remain in the verification register in anonymised form.
Your rights and contact
Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you can access, correct, export or ask us to erase your data, and object to non-essential messaging. Write to the Data Protection Officer at learning@insupplyhealth.com.
Terms of use
By registering you confirm that your PPB registration and practising licence details are accurate and that you will complete the online modules and the two-day practicum yourself. Sharing accounts or assessment answers leads to removal from the programme. The course content is © Ministry of Health Kenya 2026 (validated edition) and may not be redistributed.
