What is KASI Academy?
KASI Academy (Knowledge Automated Skills Interface) is a learning platform by inSupply Health. It hosts online courses for health workers, with cohorts, certificates and an AI tutor that answers from the course content.
Who can apply?
Anyone can register and study here. Each course lists the audience it was written for, and a few are open only to the cadres they can certify: the accredited family planning training, for example, is for pharmacists and pharmaceutical technologists with a valid practising licence. The cadres we build for are pharmacists, pharmaceutical technologists, nurses, medical doctors, clinical officers, nutritionists, laboratory technologists and community health promoters.
How do I enrol in a course?
Open Courses, choose a course and tap Enrol. If your instructor gave you an enrolment key (8 characters, for example ABCD-2345), enter it in the dialog to join their cohort. Without a key you still enrol and learn at your own pace.
Can I add a photo?
A photo is optional. Add or change it any time under Profile. Registration does not ask for one.
How long does vetting take?
Your county team reviews applications within 5 working days. You get an email and a WhatsApp message with the decision and your cohort start date.
What do I need to complete the course?
A phone or computer with internet. Units work on 3G; each is 2–4 hours and you can stop and resume any time. Progress is saved automatically, even offline.
What is the pass mark?
70% on each unit post-test (unlimited retries) and 70% on the 25-question final assessment (up to 3 attempts).
When do I get my certificate?
Automatically, within minutes of passing the final assessment. It is sent by email and WhatsApp and stays available on your Certificate page. Anyone can verify it with the QR code.
What is the practicum?
Two days at a public facility where an instructor assesses six skills (FP counselling, DMPA-IM, DMPA-SC, POPs, condoms, COCs) before and after practice.
What is the logbook for?
After the practicum you record real client services from your pharmacy. Path A (5 DMPA-IM, 5 DMPA-SC, 30 counselling) completes the programme; Path B (15, 15, 30 plus a support-supervision visit scoring 60% or more) leads to MOH accreditation.
I forgot my password
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. We email a reset link valid for one hour.
The unit will not load
First loads are large (6–21 MB). Wait for the progress bar, or switch to Wi-Fi. If it still fails, tap “Report a problem” in the player; include your phone model.
